| The screenshot below shows an account enquiry being made on a customer's account. The left side of the form shows various details such as the name and address, together with other summary information regarding the account. Our client may have more than one customer in each house, so the list at the top right of the form shows other customers in the same house together with their financial summary information. The bottom right of the form provides the bulk of the account analysis information. The current page being shown displays a graph of the balance history of a customer. Each customer may have several accounts, each of which may require different payments to be made each week. This graph shows the combined weekly outstanding balance over multiple accounts as they are started and stopped over time in blue assuming the customer pays with a 100% record. This is contrasted with the red line which shows the actual balance held by the customer - so in this example, the customer isn't paying as well as she should. This information is shown in seconds, allowing the person providing credit to make sound business decisions on whether a customer is able to take on additional debt when requested. |
