| Based on our flexible CRM (Customer Relationship Management) model, this system was adapted for our client to allow them to quote for large industrial construction orders and ultimately track order progress throughout a system. Sales processing The system allows the user to log enquiries made by a customer, and create one or more quotes for each enquiry to allow for varying quote revisions. Eventually, an order may be entered into the system from a customer based on a quote. The system provides quick views of outstanding enquiries or orders, allowing the management to ensure that potential sales are not lost. Staff management The system also contains a staff management system allowing the user to allocate and track holidays including spotting potential problems of staffing conflicts within departments, and also monitoring holiday usage. An absenteeism section also allows for the monitoring of staff sick days throughout the year. All of this information is presented graphically using our year planner view. This allows the user to monitor sickness patterns and holiday allocations. This information can be viewed for the company, by department or by individual employee (see screenshot 1). Task allocation This part of the system allocates and monitors tasks and activities within an organisation. A staff member is able to allocate tasks to employees within the organisation, monitor task allocations, and receive updates as to when a allocated task has been completed (see screenshot 2). Other features Additional features within the system allow the user to log emails (sent or received) against a client record, and perform document tracking duties for relevant electronic information. |
