| This screenshot below shows the project management overview of current projects running within an organisation. The projects are shown in a hierarchical structure, showing each department first, followed by projects and finally individual milestones within a project. Over-budget projects are highlighted in yellow, and overdue milestones are shown in red. Additionally, completed projects are shown in blue. The user is able to drill down into particular projects to analyse their performance. Budgetary information is also held within each project, and costs can be billed against an active project. This information can only be seen by the accounts department. The user can edit individual project details by double-clicking the project in question. This will display the main project maintenance form which holds a multitude of information of which only a subset is shown in this list. |
