Project Assembler screenshot

Description
This screenshot shows the user in the process of constructing a project. The hierarchical grid down the left side shows three main levels ; jobs, key activities and activities. The user can build this structure and move activities around in the design. Double-clicking an activity will then display a pop-up form, allowing the user to assign scheduling information in relation to the previous and next activities. Costs for an individual activity can also be assigned at this time.

An activity can have columns from a CSV import file (sent from the client) assigned to it. An import is designed to bulk-create installation jobs, and any information from these assigned columns will be stored against an activity for later retrieval.

Since many projects will be similar in construction, the right side of the form allows the user to search for previous projects, and copy segments of their construction into the current project. The search facilities and matching projects are shown to the right of the form.

Once a project has been constructed, it can be activated to allow it to be used against installation sites.
