The grid at the top of the form shows various jobs that need allocating, arranged by the scheduled installation date. The yellow grid at the bottom shows jobs allocated to the selected fitting team (driver). In both cases the jobs are stacked on each day when there are more than one.

To allocate a job to a fitting team, the users simply select the Driver from the dropdown on the left.  The bottom grid will then be filled with that team's currently assigned work.  The user can then click on an activity from the available activities at the top, and allocate it to the driver.  This will move the activity to the yellow allocated activities grid.

This process can be reversed to allow the user to best fit the jobs to the available teams.

Another similar form allows the users to view the full diary information in a similar format but for all of the fitting teams as a central reference.

When a fitting team has been allocated their work, then will then receive a work allocation report for the week's work.
