Any prospective candidates should have commercial experience of application development with two or more of the following skills:

• VB.Net
• SQL Server
• Crystal Reports
• ASP.Net
• ASP (Classic)
• VB6

Good teamworking skills are essential, but you should have the initiative to manage and prioritise your own work. Experience in analysis and development of bespoke applications would also be an advantage as would be any client-facing skills.
