This system is designed to assist with workshop management and fleet maintenance tracking within a busy fleet maintenance company.

The core of the application operates around a specific job to be performed on a vehicle, whether this is a simple inspection or a full service. The job holds information on the specific activities to be performed together with the stock and labour requirements and costs. Jobs can be saved as a template to be quickly used on future occasions possibly on different vehicles that have the same requirements.

The application tracks job progress and manages stock used on jobs, producing Purchase Orders when stock replenishments are required. Incoming stock orders are automatically allocated to waiting jobs, with any remainders being put in stock.

The application also includes a flexible system of scheduling regular safety inspections, automatically updating dates when jobs are performed, and reminding of future inspections based on a pre-defined schedule.

Imprest stock is also handled by the system, generating Purchase Orders to cover replenishments.
